Article 1 – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) concern relations between the publisher, mentioned in the legal notices, and any licensee, who has access to the website www.addheo.com (Website) and the use of the Website (access, navigation etc).
The Licensee acknowledges they have read all the T&Cs prior to using the Website and undertakes to comply with them. Any use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the T&Cs.

Article 3 - Intellectual Property – Protection of content published on the Website

Specifically regarding business secrecy and information related to scientific knowhow, technical knowledge and/or commercial data.
The Licensee is authorised to consult these conditions, on the Website, at any time during their permitted access, in respect of their personal licence. This is exclusive, non-transferable, not subject to sub-licensing and strictly limited to either private or educational use. They are are solely responsible for their use of the Website and its contents and any resulting consequences. As such they waive any rights to claims and/or legal action against the Publisher and/or the authors of the contents of the Website, for any reason whatsoever, in terms of damages, prejudice, direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, material or otherwise resulting therefrom.
Any act undertaken by the Licensee on the Website is protected by their personal access codes. They will be considered to be fully responsible for any resulting consequences.
Any violations of the T&Cs will result in the suspension or termination of the licence and access to the Website will be denied. Without prejudice to any rights and/or legal measures the Publisher may decide to use.
The Licensee agrees to accept the characteristics and limits of the internet. Specifically that: data circulating on the internet is not protected and may be subject to eventual misuse. If any of the provisions of the T&Cs is canceled, all remaining provisions will remain in force. Any waiver of a specific provision of the T&Cs, can not be considered as a subsequent or continuing waiver of this, or any other, provision.
Article 7 - Applicable laws and litigation
The T&Cs are subject to French law, wherever the Website may be used. In the event of a complaint, the Licensee should write to the contact details indicated at the top of the T&Cs. Any complaints that are not resolved amicably will be subject, exclusively, to the legal jurisdiction and courts, in which the Publishers offices are located.
