With 20 years of hands-on experience in industrial environments, she analyzes workplace behavior through the lens of the latest neuroscience discoveries.

Laetitia Cayrel

Laetitia developed a strong interest in neuroscience following a career in Human Resources within the industrial sector.
She has been working alongside Isabelle for the past 15 years. Trained in neuroscience, she highlights the richness of human factors and behavior as a speaker and as the producer of Addheo's digital tools.

Anne Mestrallet

A graduate in International Relations, Anne joined the ADDHEO adventure in 2022. She provides personalized support for your journey into neuroscience and safety.
Passionate about the multicultural dimension of communication, she develops our activities with international clients and translates our materials and digital tools.

Lise Avoic

Lise allows you to see Laetitia and Isabelle arriving at your various sites. She manages the team’s travel arrangements.

Zachary Blundell

Zachary joined the team in January 2023. He is a programmer and is developing digital solutions to be unveiled in 2025!
